Job Title- Secretary to GM (Female)Job Location - Hyderabad

b Description

  • Taking care of the calendar schedule and manage appointments.
  • Arrange seminars, conferences and client meetings
  • Drafting letters, memos, and preparation of minutes of meetings.
  • Schedule the travel plans, Traveling arrangements, Accommodation booking.
  • Maintaining the data shared between the departments, by filing and recording the information accordingly (as hard copies and electronic filing system)
  • Send / receive confidential faxes, emails and letters.
  • Maintaining a general filing system and documenting all the correspondence.
  • Following up for closure of various issues, reminding regarding pending tasks well in advance - posting of issues for reminders in the daily diary and following up effectively.
  • Taking care of the calendar i.e. schedule and manage appointments with internal staff and outside.
  • Coordinating on minor assignments with others in office.
  • Drafting official letters, memos, and preparation of minutes of meetings.
  • Liaison with various Departmental Heads, seeking requisite information and reporting back.

requirements

  • Proven work experience as a personal assistant
  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
  • MS Office and English proficiency
  • Outstanding organisational and time management skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹18,000.00 /month
