Role / Position - Manager - Business Process Management

Experience - 7 - 12 years
Support the development of budget and coordination with regional leads in the annual process.
Support the function in ensuring headcount and costs are tracked effectively against annual operating plans.
Support the Team in managing process and procedures for recruitment, external vendor engagements and IT spend.
Ad hoc activities in relation to projects and/or operations.
Timely development and delivery, transparency with stakeholders across regions.
Continuous monitoring and reporting of actuals against budget, and timely and transparent reporting of progress to plan with stakeholders.
Delivering to timelines, completing all agreed tasks to appropriate standards
Effectively coordinating with operations teams and many stakeholders, providing sufficient transparency, gathering necessary information from disparate operations
Quickly executing responsibilities within the context of a large organization with a high level of bureaucracy, structure and control.
Salary: INR 8,00,000 - 10,00,000 P.A.
