India is a very important market for GENAND and in order to address new Tier 1 opportunities we are looking to expand our in country operations team with a high caliber individual to strengthen our GENBANDcare service to direct customers and channels within region.
- Local In-Country Customer interaction including management level
- Managing Hot Issues/escalations, resolve Service cases & maintain SLA performance
- Working with Global Product Support/Sustaining to resolve product defects
- Collaborate with local Tech Support, Deployment and Professional Services teams for existing customer base
- Working in close relationship with Operations Leader & Sales in India
Investigate and resolve technical issues for GENBAND’s Session Boarder Controller
Experience in UNIX system administration and programming are benefitial
- Engage and work with Global Product support and R&D teams, Product management, Sales and 3rd party vendor support as required
Excellent analytical skills
- Organizational awareness
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Degree in Telecomunications or similar with 5 -7 years’ experience. Experience in customer technical environment and with GENBAND’s SBC/G9 product a plus
Willingness to work within the Global Environment of the Telecoms Industry.
