• Quickly understands the business issues and challenges of clients' organisation
• Works with the client personnel or key stakeholders if necessary to identify the issue and explain the solution
• Proposes where required process changes that would solve the client's issues
• Translates the issues and challenges into requirements to propose design solutions
• Develops functional specifications and system design specifications for the identified requirements
• Documents the specifications and requirements in the specified/ required format
• Reviews, edits, the requirements, and specifications in relation to the proposed technical solution (DAX)
• Identifies data requirements for the solution (DAX)
• Keeps the design documentation updated to reflect the solution specifications at all times
• Identifies the success criteria of the proposed design specifications in the proposed solution (DAX)
• Writes/ Helps clients write cases and scripts to test if the success criteria are met in the final solution
• Leads the testing efforts with the client if required, else works with the testing lead to ensure solution testing happens as scheduled
• Ensures that the issues identified during testing are recorded, tracked and resolved on time
• Works with the technical developers team to resolve issues identified in the testing
Project Execution
• Consistently delivers a high quality service to the client within the project budget and schedule
• Works with the project manager and assists in meeting project schedules and deadlines
• Takes input on the specifications or recommendations from the technical team and from the project lead if required and incorporate them in the solution design process
• Always adheres to the project delivery standards


• At least 2 to 3 years of experience in the Finance function of a corporate or a fresh Chartered Accountant Graduate with 3 to 4 years of experience in Dynamics Axapta projects execution, both as a functional consultant and the functional lead of the finance module with at least 3 to 4 end to end finance module implementations


Commerce Graduate and a Chartered Accountant certified by the Indian Chartered Accountant Institute or a Graduate and a Masters Degree in Business Administration with Finance specialisation.

• Possess knowledge of technology and applications to understand the concepts and working of legacy systems, their integration with DAX, client server architecture, internet, and intranet and EDI
