The current role is for a technical analyst in the NCR IT Services/ERP/ Supply Chain Planning, Procurement & Analytics Team. This role will be based in Gurgaon, India and will report to the Delivery Manager located in Gurgaon. This organization will also work closely with other IT Services organizations to perform global systems integration.
The IDC Supply Chain Planning, Procurement & Analytics team is completely responsible for any Development and support in the Supply Chain System within NCR’s ERP system. NCR’s ERP primarily runs on Oracle 12i (e-Business Suite) with integration to some other industry leading tools in their respective space like Kinaxis, Demantra etc.
The Associate Software Engineer should have in-depth technical knowledge SQL, PL/SQL and it will be plus to have Oracle Application development tools and exposure to Oracle Planning/Forecasting Modules (ASCP, Demantra) or some other leading Planning/forecasting tools.
Understanding the functional requirements and convert/document them into technical design will be an integral part of this role. The role will require commitment on all the activities assigned within the SCP team including development, implementation. The role objective will also include productivity and quality commitments.
Degree in Engineering/MCA or equivalent.
Relevant experience of 0-3 years with following skills.
Strong knowledge of Oracle Database, SQL, PL/SQL.
Oracle 11i or 12i Application Object Library (AOL)
Ability to work in global team, and perform as a team player.
Excellent Analytical skills for analyzing problems and designing solutions
Good written and verbal communication skills to support Offshore Model.
Need to be detailed-quality oriented.
Exposure to Oracle Apps, Oracle Planning will be plus.
Exposure to SQL/PL/SQL.
Exposure to Oracle Database administration
