Assist in developing, researching & updating training modules and presentation materials.To conduct soft skills learning programs.Execute and manage Internship and Management Trainee programs.Prepare reports on training needs analysis, training feedback report and tracking implementation of training programs scheduled in learning calendar.Coordinate and manage training events and ensuring that the events run smoothly.Assist the Head of Learning & Talent Management to monitor and manage the budget, compile training evaluation report and prepare monthly statistical reports.Assist the Head of Learning & Talent Management to manage the department’s policies and procedures, standard operating procedures and forms.Compile, write and edit articles for newsletters.Undertake ad-hoc Learning & Talent Management projects/assignments as and when required by Management from time to time. Requirements

- Possess a Degree in Human Resource Development, Business Administration or its equivalent.
- Minimum 3-5 years of relevant working experience in handling corporate training activities, facilitation and conducting employees training programs.
- Good understanding and application of adult learning and various learning methods.
- Experience in conducting Management and Leadership Development program will be an advantage.
- Well versed in Microsoft Office applications.
- A team player with excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
- Exposure in event management.
