Achieve monthly sale target

  • Conduc t ing Doctors and Para-med engagement programs and OPD Camps
  • Respons ible for generating prescriptions
  • Analyzing latest marketing trends and tracking competitor’s activities and providing valuable inputs for fine tuning sales & marketing strategies
  • Managing sales and marketing operations, ensuring accomplishment of set business targets; marketing of Nutrition range
  • Executing sales & marketing activities to create a p ositive experience for clients; reaching out to new & unexplored market segments & customer groups using segmentation & penetration strategies
  • Conducting opportunity analysis as per market trends and managing business activities to face counter-competition; collecting valuable d ata about competitors’ claim to fame strength, weaknesses, prices & other strategies
  • Reviewing the reports of weekly sales report, observing the market trends, pointing out problems in the market and planning for smooth run of sales to meet the budgets, key performance index and super growth products annually
  • Formulating strategies & reaching out to the unexplo red markets/customer groups for business expansion
  • Meeting Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) in key institutes to discuss nutritional materials
  • Exploring new business opportunities in various segment s along with concerned branches in the states
  • Organizing and managing events, seminars for Health Care Professionals for creating awareness for Infant's nutritional needs
  • Mapping client’s requirements & providing best products to suit their requirements; generating business from existing accounts and achievin g profitability & sales growth; maintaining and updating database of costumers
  • Maintaining key relationship with key opinion leaders, H ealth Care Professionals, Sales Team and Long Term Business partners; acting as a sourc e of Market Inte lligence in the territory
  • Conducting demand generation audit on a weekly basis, liaising with end customer & generating Demand for the nutrition products
  • Reviewing the market response/ requirements and communicating the same to the sales teams for accomplishment of the business goals; executing special marketing projects
  • Developed and implemented relationship strategies to maximize chances of profitably securing strategically important new business
  • Promotion of nutritional products
  • Qualification & Experience :
    • Pharma / Health Science Graduate
    • MBA Preferred
    • 3 – 5 years of experience in Nutrition
