Primary Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of data analysts who will be responsible for conducting daily data pulls and correcting or validating that territory assignments are correct and that revenue is flowing properly to the sales teams assigned to those accounts.
  • Manage Enterprise Sales Rep support.
  • Support implementation of GTM strategy in sales force.
  • Support other business verticals with data, reporting, changes in team
  • Manage all aspects of SFA support from initiation through delivery.
Provide overall lead, programs ownership & management by being point of contact to internal sales teams and across all functional support teams. Be escalation point for SFA related activities, reports, adhoc requests. Monitor and support changes in operations, reporting, data Prepare communications and reports for senior management. Perform auditing process to ensure that all processes are being followed and that data quality is accurate. Work with the extended sales ops team to provide key insights on potential improvements to processes currently in place via new automation Manage CRM, Onboarding & termination of employees in the system Perform audits on system like SFDC, Hoover’s to make sure that access is regulated Support quarter/year end activities, plan for cutover activities Ensure work effort generates desired deliverables on time, within budget and at required performance levels. Focus on the deliverables, milestones, and tasks for multiple simultaneous requests. Ensure project documents are complete, current and stored appropriately. Keep senior management informed of key issues and changes which may impact expected business results. Determine methods and procedures on new assignments, and provide guidance and assistance to management. Act as a subject matter expert and an advocate in adopting new best practices and processes. Recommend improved processes and procedures for the management and administration of sales systems and procedures. The Candidate: We are looking for a candidate with experience in Sales operations with a blend of drive, assertiveness, confidence, awareness and interpersonal skills to build consensus, and drive improvement projects to completion in what is a highly matrixed environment. Specifically: Requirements: BA/BS Degree or equivalent experience, MBA preferred. 8-10 years’ work experience in Sales/Business Operations role; project/process management experience a plus. Minimum 3-4 years demonstration of successful supervisory experience building high performance teams. Proven leader with demonstrated expertise in devising and implementing streamlined processes and strategic programs to improve efficiency, timeliness, and productivity while reducing costs and growing revenue. Demonstrated track record of leading within complex organizations requiring strong influence management skills. Business system analytical experience within a highly dynamic corporate environment with strong Finance & Sales Operations organizations. Understanding of Sales Cycles, Sales Models and Sales Tools including CRM and ERP systems e.g. SFDC. Influence management skills; ability to work cooperatively at all levels in matrix environment to build and maintain the positive relationships required to accomplish organizational goals. Must possess critical thinking, problem solving, and decision-making skills. Must be detailed-oriented and have a proactive approach. Ability to prioritize tasks and meet tight deadlines. Self-motivated, strong work ethic and able to work independently with minimal supervision. Superior communications (written/verbal), presentation and facilitation skills.
