Making supplier payments as per Bank balance and company book Reconciling Bank Statements with our books on daily basis. Maintaining petty cash balances on daily basis as per Tally & cash. Filling Online Service Tax returns. Monthly review of Incomes & Expenses through P&L account. Preparing Sundry Debtors & Creditors statement. Preparing statements for statutory audit. Accounting Sales & Purchase bills on Daily basis in Tally & Excel sheet. Preparing Income & Expenses statement on monthly basis. Coordinating with statutory auditor for filing Tax Returns. Coordinating with Auditors in finalizing the Balance Sheet. Coordinating with Company Secretary in ROC documentation works. Coordinating with subordinates to collect the reports. Coordinating with other departments in collecting the reports and submitting the same to the management.
