The key requirements for the position are :
Qualification: CA compulsory
1. Strong experience into implementation of Controls and Compliances.
2. Identification of compliance risks, implications and recommend actions for mitigating those risks.
3. Conduct Risk and Analytics based reviews and work with key stakeholders for implementation of the same.
4. Conducting Process audits and sales practice monitoring
Conduct Risk and Analytics based reviews and work with Key stake holders for enhancement of compliance
Work with eye for details with ability to interpret data both at Macro level and Micro level
Actively contribute towards implementation and strengthening of compliance policies, procedures, and practices across the affiliates.
Define, draft compliance audit protocols across affiliates companies, draft the compliance audit plan, track issues and timely closure and report out in compliance committees with an objective enable process improvement.
Conduct Data analytics, prepare presentations and also make leadership presentations in compliance committees
Develop, implement, and coordinate education and training programs that focus on the elements of the corporate-wide compliance program, particularly related to key values, policies and procedures.
Provide advice as it relates to compliance with applicable policies and procedures.
Lead project teams in implementing complex, cross-functional ethics and compliance initiatives to include corrective and preventive measures.
Maintain a current working knowledge of various laws, regulations, and industry guidance that impact the affiliate-wide compliance program
Monitor high risk transactions on a timely basis, define applicable system controls in place for review, approval of activity and timely preparing the dash boards for appropriate report outs to the management and OEC director
Be aware of changes in regulatory environment to guide suitable proactive measures to mitigate risk
