This role sits within the Global HR center of excellence Learning and Talent Development - Business Solutions team. Business Solutions teams partner with DTEs and GUs to deliver learning and talent development strategies to drive business outcomes. The role incorporates learning and talent solution planning and architecting, curriculum design and development, learning program management, professional communities and strategy and planning, skills assessment and certification strategy. The Business Solutions Manager: Technology sits within the Technology team focused on APAC. Specific to this role • Responsibility for programs which have originated in APAC and can be leveraged globally • Work with higher education institutions to set up special programs for our APAC/ global audience • Assess vendors to partner with us in the leadership coaching space • Evaluate selected long standing programs to determine the future for these assets • Rollout of scorecard based skill assessment model • Support APAC learning needs and design • Support the roll out of Performance Achievement globally within Technology KEY RELATIONSHIPS • Business Entity Sponsors and SMEs • L&TD CoE teams • Accenture Learning SUPERVISES • Oversees teams supporting the delivery of learning and talent solutions RESPONSIBILITIES General • Work with business stakeholders to understand their learning and talent requirements, understanding business drivers and plans and current skill gaps • Build a plan to address these needs working collaboratively with stakeholders from the business, experts in L&TD and more broadly across HR where needed. • Ensure the plan is affordable and able to be executed • Working collaboratively with L&TD teams to execute to the plan, making key build / buy / customize decisions e.g. do we create a new training program or buy in from a vendor? Can we customize something that already exists? • Oversee execution of plan, working with operations and delivery teams as needed • Define and implement communication plans with entity business leaders to build awareness of various avenues to build capability, such as training, assets and collaboration. • Continually review learning and talent solutions looking to make improvements and retire solutions which are no longer delivering • Develop, coach and support team members and members of extended team EDUCATION • Bachelor’s degree in business, organization development, adult learning or equivalent experience KEY COMPETENCIES • Business acumen • Able to negotiate and influence • Collaborative work style; willing to coach and to be coached by others • Able to work independently across a broad range of activities • Strong executive presence - speak comfortably with Accenture Leadership and stand up for your ideas • Relentlessly drive progress on numerous initiatives at the same time WORK EXPERIENCE • Experience in learning, collaboration, and knowledge management • Experience presenting to leadership • Experience in project and program management • Understanding of instructional design principles • Capability assessment or needs assessment experience • Understanding of basic financial principles, performance measures, and benchmarking • Experience supervising teams of off-shore, shared service employees • Experience managing cust
