- Design, Implement and successfully conduct a companywide training needs analysis aligned to organizational goals, departmental objectives and individual needs.
- Responsible for managing the team of Trainers for skilling trainees for Various projects and Making then Employable.
- Establish and maintain training framework and setting up training governance for training process and maintain rigor on this.
- Support succession planning initiatives by developing and maintaining career development programs and provide comprehensive curriculum of behavioural training, tools and resources for individual contributors and supervisors.
- Responsible for maintaining coordination of training programs with succession management and leadership development programs.
- Align training and development interventions to the competency model that details core values of the business, provides a foundation for the development program and become a common language linking the performance gaps, desired level of performance and training programs.
- Identify and develop relationships with external service providers for creating a pool of external workshops suited to business needs.
- Documentation and training on the new process from the quality perspective for various teams within VISPL
- Conduct Train the Trainer for Trainers
