Who You are:
You will be expected to lead discussions with clients on how performance, functionality, support and better TCO can be achieved on Open Source DBs.
What you'll do
You will need to provide architectural / solutions support for large transformation projects for enterprises that depend heavily on proprietary databases and are migrating to OpenSource DBs.The role includes demonstrating capability using PoC / PoT or benchmark tests in a client consumable format to field teams and / or clients.

You are expected to have deep skills and experience on popular Open Source databases such as Mongo DB, Redis, Cassandra, Enterprise DB, Maria DB, in diverse production environments and industry domains.
Experience with architecture / solutions that comes from hands-on experience with tuning such databases for performance, migration skills from proprietary databases such as Oracle and setting up highly available environments will be critical for this role.
You should be able to clearly articulate how these databases can be used to run critical workloads and recommend how mainstream industry applications can be enabled to run on them.
Certifcation in leading, Opensource Analytics, Mongo DB, Cassandra etc.
